By accessing this website and purchasing products or booking services from Sent To You With Love, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. General

We provide personalised products and event hire services across the UK, including Candy Ferris Wheel hire in Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, and the Fylde Coast.

All products and services are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.


2. Orders & Personalisation

All personalised items are made to order using the information provided by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • All spelling, dates, and details are correct
  • Any custom requests are clearly stated

We are not responsible for customer errors.

Orders will not be processed or produced until full payment has been received and cleared.


3. Payments

Full payment (or an agreed booking deposit for hire services) must be made before any order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order or booking if payment is not received.


4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within stated timeframes; however, delivery times are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services
  • Incorrect delivery details
  • Circumstances beyond our control

5. Candy Ferris Wheel Hire

By booking our Candy Ferris Wheel hire service, you agree that:

  • All equipment remains the property of Sent To You With Love at all times
  • The customer is responsible for the care and safety of the equipment during the hire period
  • Any damage, loss, or misuse may result in additional charges
  • Setup and collection times will be agreed in advance

6. Deposit Policy (Hire Services)

To secure your Candy Ferris Wheel hire booking, the following deposits apply:

Booking Deposit (Save the Date)

  • A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your event date
  • This deposit is transferable to a new date if requested at least 14 days before the original event date, subject to availability
  • Changes requested within 14 days of the event may result in loss of the deposit

Damage Deposit (ÂŁ50)

  • A ÂŁ50 refundable damage deposit is required for all hire bookings
  • This will be returned after the event once equipment has been checked
  • The deposit will be refunded in full provided there is no damage, loss, or misuse
  • Costs for any damage or missing items may be deducted from the deposit

We reserve the right to retain deposits if these terms are not adhered to.


7. Allergies & Intolerances

We do not cater for specific allergies or food intolerances.

While we take care in preparation and handling, we cannot guarantee that any products are free from allergens.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability for all guests.

If you have concerns, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to advise, but cannot guarantee requests can be accommodated.

All products are consumed at your own risk.


Allergy Information

Products may contain or come into contact with:

  • Nuts & peanuts
  • Milk
  • Soy
  • Wheat & gluten

All items are prepared in environments where allergens are present.


Safety Information

Some sweets may present a choking hazard, particularly for young children.

  • Not suitable for children under 3 years
  • Adult supervision is required

8. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sent To You With Love shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss or damage
  • Injury or damage resulting from the use of our products or hire equipment
  • Delays or issues beyond our control

All products and equipment are used at the customer’s own risk.


9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product or service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where it cannot legally be excluded.


10. Cancellations

  • Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Hire cancellations may be subject to charges depending on notice given
  • Booking deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable (see Section 6)

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, branding, and website content remain the property of Sent To You With Love and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

💳 Refund Policy – Sent To You With Love


1. Personalised Products

All personalised items are made to order and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

By placing an order, you confirm all details are correct.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

If confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A suitable resolution

3. Non-Personalised Items (if applicable)

Returns are accepted within 14 days if:

  • Unused
  • In original condition

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.


4. Candy Ferris Wheel Hire

  • Booking deposits are non-refundable but transferable (see Section 6)
  • A ÂŁ50 damage deposit will be refunded after inspection if no damage has occurred
  • Cancellations may incur charges depending on notice given
  • Where possible, we will offer rescheduling

5. Order Changes

Changes must be requested immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
