1. Overview
Welcome to Sent To You With Love. We specialise in personalised sweet products and event hire services, including Candy Ferris Wheel hire across Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, and the Fylde Coast.
By accessing our website and/or placing an order or booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders & Personalisation
All products are made to order based on the information provided by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
- Correct spelling of names, messages, and dates
- Accurate colour, design, and custom selections
- Correct delivery and contact details
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, changes may not be possible.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and are subject to change without notice.
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering for personalised products
- For hire services, a booking deposit may be required to secure your date
- Orders or bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully processed.
4. Candy Ferris Wheel Hire & Deposits
By booking our Candy Ferris Wheel hire service, you agree to the following terms:
4.1 Equipment Responsibility
- All hire equipment remains the property of Sent To You With Love
- The customer is responsible for the care, safety, and condition of the equipment during the hire period
- Any damage, loss, or misuse may result in additional charges
4.2 Booking Deposit (Save the Date)
- A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your event date
- This deposit is transferable to a new date if requested at least 14 days before the event, subject to availability
- Changes requested within 14 days may result in loss of the deposit
4.3 Damage Deposit (£50)
- A £50 refundable damage deposit is required for all hire bookings
- This will be returned after the event once equipment has been inspected
- The deposit will be refunded in full provided there is no damage, loss, or misuse
- Any repair or replacement costs may be deducted if necessary
5. No Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised and perishable nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges
- We do not offer refunds on personalised items
- Food items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons

6. Order Cancellations
- Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
- Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing an order
- Approval of cancellations is at our discretion
7. Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by postal or courier services
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Damage occurring after confirmed delivery
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the delivery provider.
8. Allergies & Ingredients
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including:
- Nuts
- Dairy
- Gluten
- Soy
- Eggs
We do not cater for specific allergies or intolerances.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are suitable before ordering.
We are not liable for any allergic reactions.
9. Product Appearance
Due to the handmade nature of our products:
- Colours may vary slightly from images
- Designs may have minor variations
- Sweets may move during transit
These do not qualify as faults or defects.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, branding, and content remain the property of Sent To You With Love and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Losses resulting from delivery delays
- Misuse or improper handling of products or hire equipment
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
