At Sent To You With Love, all of our products are personalised and made to order. Because of this, we operate a strict no refund policy except in specific circumstances outlined below.
1. Personalised Products
Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
By placing an order, you agree that:
- All personalisation details provided are correct
- You have checked spelling, dates, and information carefully
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A suitable resolution at our discretion
3. Non-Personalised Items (if applicable)
If we offer any non-personalised items, these may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused
- In original condition
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
4. Candy Ferris Wheel Hire
For hire services:
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Cancellations may be subject to charges depending on notice given
- If cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule where possible
5. Order Cancellations
Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
