Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout where applicable.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including postal service disruptions.


4. Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect information

If an order is returned to us, additional postage charges may apply to resend the item.


5. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services.

If your parcel is:

  • Lost – we will assist you in raising a claim with the courier
  • Damaged – you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos

We will work with you to resolve any issues where possible.
